Emily began her life in Dallas, Texas, where she and her three siblings sang as a quartet in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area for several years as a very young child. Though the quartet stopped singing when she was around ten, she always retained a love for music.

The following years were spent growing up, marrying, and raising two children when, unexpectedly, the Lord called her back into a music ministry. Only this time, writing music was the beginning. She has twice been a winner in the Gospel Music Association's Song of the Year competitions.

Emily began Bring Forth Ministries in 1996. Through music, writing, and speaking, she testifies of God's infinite power to work in and through each one of us.

Emily appears regularly on Three Angels Broadcasting Network, and also KSBN Safe TV. Her songs can be heard on radio and have been sung by other recording artists as well. In addition to singing for evangelistic meetings and concerts around the country, she is becoming a frequent speaker-singer at Women's Retreats where she shares her testimony as well as her music. She also shows the love of God through writing. Her articles and stories have appeared in many christian magazines and devotional books.
